Which Samsung bluray players support the new Hulu Plus service?
Apparently only one!
According to the Samsung Apps page, Hulu Plus is the newest app out:
When you click on the “Available on 2010 models” link it states the following models have access to Samsung apps which should have access to Hulu Plus:
BD-C7500, BD-C6900, BD-C6500, BD-C5500

But then there is the complete list of Samsung Apps which only indicates that you must have a 2010 player AND it has to be 3D compatible, which includes the following players:
BD-C7900, BD-C6900, BD-C6800, BD-C5900 http://www.samsung.com/us/samsungapps/Samsung_Apps.pdf
So I go out and buy a BD-C5900 player yesterday, updated to the newest firmware and still no Hulu Plus app. Finally did some digging around the Hulu Plus site and found that the only player that offers this app is the BD-C6900.
Wish Samsung would just come out and state which players are actually going to receive Hulu Plus. I think it’s a promising service, but if Samsung is just “windowing” a release of Hulu Plus so that more people are buying the BD-C6900, I think that is just crap.
