Mini Training: Week 2 - 30 Min Run →
Let’s do this! First run to kick off the 2009 Indianapolis Mini training. Ran for 30 mins straight…which I was kind of afraid of because of using the run/walk method. Thankfully got through the whole thing and decided to pick it up towards the end of the run.

2009 Disney Half Marathon Completed! →
Kathy and I just returned from Florida for the 2009 Disney Half Marathon. It was definitely interesting training in the cold weather of Indiana and then having to run the race down in Florida. The temp started out in the 50s though and then gradually went into the 70s by the end of the race.
We needed to board the bus at 4am to take us to the Epcot start…horrible! :-) The race...
