This is the last small run before the big push to January. Today was rain and more rain…but warmer. You’d be suprise how warm 45 degrees feels and It was actually nice running in the rain. At least my iPod didn’t short and cause an electrical jolt through my body. I consider myself lucky!

Ran a bit faster tonight…only because IT WAS FREAKIN COLD OUTSIDE…but then again, I’m the idiot running outside :-D 3 miles tonight, 6 miles this weekend. I hope that only running twice a week will suffice for training for the January half marathon. Guess we’ll see.

Long cold hard run in December. I really think this was my first time I have ever ran in December outside. My fingers are still frozen so it’s hard to type this… :-D
Ran in a new pair of Nike Pegasus shoes today too. Today was a lot of firsts I suppose. The shoes are a bit wider than I’m used to, but I think they are keepers. Haven’t worn Pegasus since middle school.
