Ran the Indianapolis Half Marathon this morning. It was nice and cool which helped the run a lot. I haven’t been training as much for this race, but I’m still satisfied with my time. Now the wife and I must begin training for the Disney Half Marathon in January!

A good week
So I’m on track so far with my goal of running/walkimg every day this month. Wednesday was the long run and I managed to get 7 miles done. It actually hurt more stopping than it did running. Tomorrow Mama Bear and I are hosting a party. Looks to be a good weekend shaping up.
