I decided at the beginning of October to try and either run/walk everyday this month. So now I have two days left and barring any unforseen illness…it looks like I’ll be able to complete this goal!

Ran the Indianapolis Half Marathon this morning. It was nice and cool which helped the run a lot. I haven’t been training as much for this race, but I’m still satisfied with my time. Now the wife and I must begin training for the Disney Half Marathon in January!

A good week
So I’m on track so far with my goal of running/walkimg every day this month. Wednesday was the long run and I managed to get 7 miles done. It actually hurt more stopping than it did running.
Tomorrow Mama Bear and I are hosting a party. Looks to be a good weekend shaping up.
